I have an idea I wanted to introduce but couldn't really fit into the gdoc spreadsheet.

Why don't we commit to having a day (or conference ending) live stream to talk about what we spent the day doing. I think there's interest beyond those who are able to attend and a daily wrap-up would be a give those not attending a glimpse inside. Here's the format I have in mind.

If you present, you're committed to participating in the daily wrap. Your participation would take the form of a 1-2 minute rundown of what you presented on and sitting on a QA panel that would field questions from those watching online.

Now, I'm aware that conference wifi has a track record of being quite bad so live streaming may not be practical. In that case, maybe we'd just record the rundown and upload it to youtube over night.

We can just use a webcam to capture the video.
